Palvasha recently graduated from Rice University with a degree in Economics and will be attending medical school in the fall. Originally from Midland, Texas, she was actively involved in Speech and Debate, played the violin and piano, and volunteered at a children’s grief center and local hospital. While at Rice, Palvasha had been actively involved in education improvement, having served as a teaching assistant for General Chemistry and Neuroscience courses and as a representative on the Committee for Undergraduate Curriculum. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Houston restaurant scene, connecting with friends, painting, and traveling. She looks forward to serving others as both a tutor and future physician!
